Dera Baba Vadbhag Singh Ji is a popular pilgrimage center located in the Una district of Himachal Pradesh, India. The temple is dedicated to Baba Vadbhag Singh Ji. It is located in the Mayri village in the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. Dera Baba Wadbhag Singh Ji was known for his spiritual teachings and miracles. And he was born in Kartarpur in 1715 AD. Hola Mohalla fair is organized in the temple on the full moon day of Vikrami month of February-March. The fair lasts for ten whole days. History of Dera Baba Vadbhag Singh Ji
According to legend, Baba Vadbhag Singh Ji was the son of Baba Ram Singh and Mata Raj Kaur. Vadbhag Singh Ji was a descendant of Dheer Mal, the cousin of the 10th Guru Gobind Singh Ji of Sikhs. According to legend, Baba Vadbhag Singh was born in Kartarpur, Punjab. And later they settled in the Una district of Himachal Pradesh. This temple is about 10 kilometers away from Amb. Dera Baba Vadbhag Singh Ji Temple is situated in the foothills of the Himalayas at a distance of about 24 km from the city of Una. The nearest airport is Chandigarh, about 100 km away, and the nearest railway station is at Una. Visitors can reach the temple by road, and there are many buses and taxis available from Una and other nearby towns. There is no fee to enter the temple and the temple is open for visitors throughout the year. However, visitors are expected to dress decently and remove their shoes before entering the temple premises.
